Congratulations, you’ve already taken the first step by contacting Ironside Bail Bonds. Our knowledgeable agents will ask you for your friend or love ones full name, the details surrounding their arrest, and where are they are being detained.
We will then contact the law enforcement agency/jail/court to determine the bond amount and if there are any release complications such as additional charges or outstanding warrants or holds.
One of our caring agents will then drive to your home, work, or jail to begin the bonding process. This process consists of explaining the specific terms and conditions regarding your friend or loved one’s arrest. We will answer all of your questions.
There are multiple documents that need to be filled out including a bail bond application, a cosigner agreement a receipt.
Ironside Bail Bonds does not charge any travel fees, hidden fees or application fees.
